ONLINE: Holistic Core Restore® Heat - Mondays - November 2020

In response to what's happening with COVID-19, I'm keeping my classes to 'live' online sessions for this term.

This course will run online on Monday evenings at 19:15 via Zoom, and you'll have access to a recording of the class for a week if you can't make it 'live'. It starts on 2 November and runs for 7 weeks, until 14 December 2020.

Overview

The class is a ‘no-jump’ workout that will truly hit all the fat loss markers, jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. It will get results whilst being fully supported my me and the other women in the class. There is nothing better than logging on and being part of a live streamed class when you’ve been cooped up inside all day caring for others.

Heat is part of the Holistic Core Restore® series where we will get you really moving, but with a deep respect for your pelvic and overall health. Ultimately, it can be done. You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

How it works

This is an entry level programme which is taught as a 'live' online small group exercise class along with other women. Ahead of each session I'll send out a Zoom link, which you just click on at the scheduled time, and if you can't make it, don't worry as I'll also send a recording of the session which you'll be able to see for a week. A bit of equipment is required, such as exercise bands and pilates balls – however if you don’t have these they’re easily replaceable with things you have in the house!

This class is designed to give you back confidence in your own body and you’ll soon be able to enjoy plenty of other activities whether it be playing tennis, a park run or a game of football with your family!

Baz has an MSc in Sports Science, Won World Championship Medals as part of the GB Rowing Team, been a PT for 10 years and is now a Mum of two young boys.

All this experience has set Baz up to know what it's like to be a woman who wants to be fit and healthy whilst being confused as to what to do and not do.

You're in very capable hands as she is a Master trainer for Holistic Core Restore®, which is the standout gold standard programme when it comes to Women’s Health and Fitness.

Baz coaches women in a nurturing and progressive way – she looks at the whole picture in the belief that a solid foundation must be built to create a strong body inside and out.
